Make PC to PC Video Calls.

Video calls by PC to PC is normally free of charge. To make a video calls from your PC to one of your friend's PC both party will need the following things.
1. Latest PC or a faster PC.
2. High speed internet connection.
3. Web cam.
4. Head set.
5. Membership in Skype or similar messenger.

First connect your head set to the PC
Connect the web cam to the PC according to the web cam instruction.
Login to your Skype user account. Ask your friend too to login to his Skype account after setting up the web cam.
Now you can find your friend's contact with a video sign in the Skype contact list.
Like wise your friend will see your contact with the video sign.
Now both of you must go to the "Tools" > Options.
