How to start your Wi-Fi in Smartphone?
Wi-Fi hotspots are now available in the cities all over the world as the technology is expanding rapidly. Wi-Fi hotspots are available for free as open without passwords and locked with passwords where you can buy the password for the network by paying to the owner of the service or by getting the password free of courtesy at public places.

Switch on your Smartphone.
Go to your menu.
Touch on your Wi-Fi connection button to make it on.
Make sure your GPS is in the off position.

Touch on in the Wi-Fi Turn on tab. The Symbol will lit up.
Touch on the Network Notification.
This action will search and find out and will inform you, if there is any Wi-Fi hotspot is available.

If the Wi-Fi connection is open you can open your browser to surf the web sites or can conncet your Skype to communicate with your friends.
If the available Wi-Fi is with a lock symbol you will need to get password from the service provider.
Don't forget to stop the Wi-Fi in your Smartphone as soon as you finished with your internet works other wise your battery will go down fast.

In Sri Lanka you can get free Wi-Fi hotspot nearly all over Colombo for as many of them are open for general public by Government organizations, companies, restaurants and boutiques.
